There are lots of different ways to diversify your team. The more types of diversity your team exemplifies, the more productive and creative your group can become. Here is a list of resources to help you get started finding that diverse talent.
Time to start hiring interns? Here are some great resources:

This is not a definitive list and there may be more resources local to your area to utilize. It is also not enough to just bring in more diverse people.
