After years of experience on all sides of the recruiting table, I saw that the traditional ways of recruiting were broken. In response, I developed a modern recruiting model that combines only what companies want (fast results, high value, and on-demand service). When our first client responded with, "this is a no-brainer!"---I knew we were on to something! Since then, the Inside Talent team has been filling critical roles fast for growing companies.

‍Fun fact: Once, as part of the International Special Olympics volunteer committee, I was assigned to chaperone Jon Bon Jovi (ask me about the carjacking)!

In addition to my talent acquisition experience, my years in the private sector, faith-based social service organizations, and local community-based associations have helped me to see possibilities that have led to countless successful placements. My value on the urgency to meet my client's needs and a VIP candidate experience has brought many smiles to my client's faces.

‍Fun fact: I was charged by four lions on a walking safari in Zimbabwe, Africa...and lived to tell the story!

I love the world of recruiting! Connecting companies with impactful talent and people with their dream job is my jam. My entire career has been dedicated to talent acquisition through many forms in a wide spectrum of industries. This has given me a "sixth sense" to know the best approach for each of my clients, and together we've solved many of their hiring issues. I welcome recruiting challenges, big and small!

I've worn many hats in my career in corporate, entrepreneurial, and educational environments, which allows me to bring a broad business outlook to the Inside Talent team. That, combined with the work ethic I learned growing up (and my no-nonsense style), has helped me to spot the "missing pieces" that have effectively brought many projects together for our clients. ‍

Fun fact: My family owned a scrap yard for over 30 years. I was running heavy equipment when most kids were learning how to ride a bike.

Having grown up in a family-owned business, I had a front-row seat to gain the special knowledge it takes for an organization to operate successfully. Combining this with my passion for gathering information and strength in applying it has led me to a multi-faceted role at Inside Talent. I oversee social media, research, data analysis, and project management that keeps our team, clients, and candidates informed.

Fun fact: My value on sustainability has led to many interesting projects, the latest of which is raising chickens!
